Product Overview
The high-performance timing Belt is used in X-Ray systems. The rational arc tooth profile based on precise meshing theory is used to achieve dramatic improvements in timing belt performance, also used to enable high load transmission. It offers large belt teeth with the high tooth skipping performance. It is generating low noise during operation due to the effect of special dimples on the teeth. The belt is made from high-grade rubber. The high-grade rubber has an excellent balance between physical and chemical properties ensuring increased lifespan for the belt. The highly efficient transmission is possible because the meshing with the pulley is a just touch where both the tooth tip and the tooth bottom contact each other. The tooth cloth is provided in nylon woven cloth thus provide flexibility and the core is in glass fiber.
