Product Overview
The Pressure Sensitive Devices (PSD) are used to measure the parameters of a patient. They are useful to provide an effective care to the patient according to the condition. PSD assembly compromises of a PSD plate, a cover, cleaning solvents to use before, adhesives, harness wires and accelerators. The wire harness through which power is supplied, is glued to the PSD plate by an adhesive all around in a single flat layer with gluing points in about 5 cm intervals. The wires never cross one over the other. An accelerator accelerates the cure of the adhesive to provide a shorter set time without causing any stress cracking. The cables are soldered to switches used for light Bulbs and buzzers. The entire assembly is wrapped in bubble wraps and stretch films such that it is free from scratches. It is tested before packed, to measure the effectivity by placing known weights at the center and corners of the PSD board.
